Information is Power – jump into the world of Marketing Automation

"Marketing Automation"! You probably already have come across this banner, and you might even have already googled it to better understand the concept.

If you have, you probably came across some lengthy descriptions such as:

"Marketing automation refers to software platforms and technologies designed for marketing departments and organizations to more effectively market on multiple channels online (such as email, social media, websites, etc.) and automate repetitive tasks...” blah, blah, blah...

Sounds kinda boring, doesn't it? Well, we at DRI always prefer to tackle our solutions in a much more pragmatic (and emphatic), straight-to-the-point approach. Therefore we simply remind our customers that "Information is Power", and that implementing a Marketing Automation solution gives you...information! Loads of it!

So instead of trying to impose you an idea and/or a description, we prefer to give you some examples:

1. Imagine this situation:
You are looking at a real time interactive dashboard and notice that Mr John from Company X has been frequently visiting your site. He has even filled out a form for receiving a newsletter. And he is there now, looking at a very specific page of a product you sell. So you decide to consult his contacts and call him on his company, in the exact moment he is viewing your page. You tell him: "Hi, I'm (insert your name here) from (insert Company name here) and would like to talk to you about (insert product here)" BAM! If you are a committed salesman, the sheer thought of having this power is already giving you goosebumps, right? !

2. Ok, let's try this one:
Your company sells a wide variety of products, and has a long list of potential buyers or simply interesting Leads that you would like to funnel into purchasing clients. And you seldom send newsletters to your contact list, with general information about your products. You imagine what would be like to be able to segment your contact list according to the interest shown by each potential client, and send specific newsletters to those Leads. Newsletters that are tailored for each group of Leads, and targeting the specific products they have shown interest in. You imagine this, don't you? Well, we don't imagine it, we do it! 3. And just a third teaser, to keep this affair short and sweet for now:
